Reduce stress by starting early

No student wants to spend hours and hours pouring over textbooks at the eleventh hour before their final exams. But few students know when to begin studying to avoid this stressful situation. Help your child to prepare for finals by starting the process early. Develop a calendar together, with specific and manageable goals scheduled on days when your child, realistically, has the time to spare for extra academics. Set small goals that will build over time, instead of waiting until just days or even a week before exams to begin. By starting early and making a plan, your child will feel more prepared and significantly less stressed when exams ultimately arrive.
