Make Effective Use of Online Teacher Portals

Most teachers have class websites and/or online portals (Google Classroom, Schoology, Canvas) where they post nightly homework, long-term assignments, and relevant study materials. If your child is not making good use of these online platforms, they’re missing an easily accessible opportunity. Checking these resources should become a habit at the start of your child’s daily homework routine. Students can use the portals to ensure they know exactly what’s due for each class and when. Even more, students can use the information their teachers provide to create an agenda and study/project plans to finish short-term and longer-term assignments.
